Shakir’s journey began with a small idea that turned into national recognition — the AI-powered Apple Grading System. Along with his teammates Adnan Mushtaq and Furqan Ahmad Bhat, and mentor Javad Ahmed Dar, Shakir transformed a simple school project into a national innovation recognized by NITI Aayog and Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Their achievement inspired students across Kashmir to pursue STEM, IoT, and AI — proving that innovation can start anywhere, even in the classrooms of Baramulla.

Building the Future with Tiwzz Technology 🚀

After achieving national fame, Shakir Ahmad founded Tiwzz Technology — a tech startup focused on AI, IoT, and automation solutions. As CTO, he leads projects that connect students, clients, and researchers to cutting-edge innovation.

From developing mobile apps and web platforms to training machine-learning models, Shakir’s goal through Tiwzz is simple: to make advanced technology accessible and educational for everyone.

Mentoring the Next Generation 👨‍🏫

Shakir’s experience as an intern at PiJam Foundation ignited his passion for teaching and mentorship. He conducted IoT workshops, trained students on Raspberry Pi and Arduino, and inspired many young innovators to explore real-world problem solving through technology.

Many of these students have gone on to launch their own small projects — a ripple effect of the mentorship and guidance that Shakir continues to provide.
